Job summary

RSI EnTech, LLC is seeking a Sr. Hydrogeochemist to lead groundwater and contaminant characterization projects in Westminster, CO. The role is full-time, with travel around 10% of the time, and a salary range of $120,000 to $150,000.

The ideal candidate will guide complex modeling, site investigations, and remedial design while coordinating with clients and internal teams. Exempt position with opportunities to mentor staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hydrology, Engineering, Geology, Geochemistry or related physical sciences field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 5 years of relevant experience. 10 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary groundwater and environmental projects.
• Act as main point of contact for clients.
• Manage projects including scopes of work, budgets, schedules, and staffing.
• Lead project scoping for legacy contaminated sites with cross-functional input.
• Analyze environmental field data and perform geochemical evaluations.
• Lead numerical groundwater flow and reactive transport modeling and remedial design.
• Develop complex numerical flow and transport models to assess groundwater strategy.
• Develop project documents and presentations.
• Mentor staff and interface with senior management.
