Job summary

RSI EnTech, LLC is seeking a Sr. Hydrogeochemist in Grand Junction, CO to lead complex groundwater and contaminant characterization projects. The role offers a competitive salary range and requires strong data analysis and geochemical modeling skills.

You will serve as the primary client contact, develop scopes, budgets, and staffing plans, and mentor junior staff. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hydrology, Engineering, Geology, Geochemistry or related physical sciences.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 5 years of relevant experience; 10 years preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License; Professional Geologist or Engineer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary groundwater and environmental projects.
• Act as main point of contact for clients.
• Manage scopes of work, budgets, schedules, and staffing for groundwater tasks.
• Develop legacy-site scoping and project direction with cross-functional teams.
• Perform data acquisition and geochemical evaluations including modeling.
• Lead development of numerical groundwater flow and transport models.
• Prepare project documents and presentations.
• Mentor staff and interface with senior management and stakeholders.
• Travel 10% of the time.
