Job summary

Ramboll in the Americas seeks a Hydraulics and Hydrology Regional Practice Manager to lead advanced H&H projects across Syracuse, Rochester, New York City, Arlington and Richmond. Bring extensive experience in climate adaptation, water resources and flood resiliency to guide multi-disciplinary teams and complex studies.

You will drive project delivery, develop scopes and budgets, and grow client relationships while mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• PE certification or registration required.
• 15+ years in consulting in water resources.
• Advanced hydraulics and hydrology experience for stormwater/flood resiliency projects.
• Ability to develop client relationships and pursue opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and project delivery oversight for hydraulic projects.
• Lead hydraulic studies focusing on drainage basins, watersheds and stormwater systems.
• Develop project scope, schedule and budget, and assemble project teams.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities within service lines and key accounts.
• Mentor staff and act as trusted client advisor.
