Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering; 15+ years of related experience.
• CFPS or IFPS certification preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of fluid power, manifolds, and electrical control systems.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a technical expert in hydraulics by training and mentoring the engineering team and shop floor technicians.
• Ensures designs meet customer requirements and standards via peer reviews and design reviews.
• Supports sales activities by translating data into hydraulic schematics and selecting components.
