SANY Group in Atlanta, GA seeks a Hydraulic Systems Engineer to lead scheme reviews for large-tonnage mining loaders and benchmark against world-leading brands. You will guide hydraulic architecture, energy-saving systems and heavy-duty optimization to drive reliability and performance.

You will conduct advanced research on load sensing, high-flow motions, hydraulic shock, and elevated oil temperatures, delivering practical optimization solutions and supporting supplier development.

Aufgaben

• Responsible for scheme review of hydraulic systems for large-tonnage mining loaders. Benchmark against world-leading brands and provide technical guidance on hydraulic architecture, energy-saving systems and heavy-duty hydraulic optimization.
• Conduct technical research on challenging issues including load sensing, high-flow combined motions, hydraulic shock and high-temperature heat generation, and deliver optimization solutions.
• Guide the evaluation of hydraulic component selection, provide technical judgment on key parts such as main pumps, main control valves, hydraulic cylinders and cooling systems, and support supplier development.
• Guide prototype commissioning and mine field industrial tests, troubleshoot complex hydraulic faults including abnormal noise, shuddering, internal leakage and excessive oil temperature, and drive issue closure.
• Carry out technical benchmarking against overseas benchmark products, and introduce internationally advanced hydraulic design specifications, test methods and reliability design experience.
• Deliver internal technical training, establish standards for hydraulic system design and simulation, and improve the team’s capability in hydraulic system development.
