Job summary

SANY Group is seeking an experienced hydraulic systems engineer to lead the development of hydraulic systems for large mining loaders. You will verify parameters and select core components to ensure robust performance.

You will plan hydraulic pipelines, deliver BOMs, specs, test plans and assembly requirements, and coordinate prototype assembly, bench tests and mine tests. Collaboration with power, control and thermal teams is required to optimize energy use.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall development of the complete hydraulic system for large mining loaders, as well as parameter verification and selection of core components.
• Layout and routing planning of the complete machine hydraulic pipelines, and deliver hydraulic BOM, technical specifications, test plans and assembly process requirements.
• Follow up prototype assembly, bench commissioning and mine industrial tests, troubleshoot and resolve emerging issues.
• Cooperate with the overall machine, electronic control and thermal management teams to match power logic for hybrid / electric-drive models, and optimize hydraulic energy-saving strategies, no-load energy consumption and working-cycle energy consumption.
• Participate in competitor benchmarking, FMEA failure analysis and reliability improvement, and complete iteration, upgrade and technical accumulation of the hydraulic system.
• Liaise with suppliers to conduct technical briefings, sample verification, issue rectification and follow-up of PPAP documents.
