Job summary

Jacobs seeks a Conveyance/Hydraulic Modeling Engineer to lead water and wastewater system planning and modeling projects. You will work with local, regional, and national teams to perform hydraulic modeling and capital planning across varied systems, focusing on conveyance, treatment, and infrastructure.

The role requires PE licensure and 8+ years of experience with EPA SWMM, InfoWorks ICM, Mike Plus, EPANET, and ArcGIS Pro. A hybrid work model is available in the Spokane area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 8+ years of progressive engineering experience in water/wastewater systems and infrastructure.
• Experience developing hydraulic models using multiple software packages and ArcGIS Pro.

Responsibilities

• Lead hydraulic modeling, planning, and design for conveyance and water/wastewater projects.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and mentor junior staff.
• Provide technical reports, presentations, and client engagement support.
• Support project management, quality control, and deliverables across phases.
