Jobot is seeking a permanent Portfolio Controller to lead sophisticated accounting operations for real estate investments, development projects, and partnerships. You will partner with investment, development, asset management, and finance teams to strengthen reporting and guide portfolio accounting through acquisitions and ongoing operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in real estate accounting, CPA preferred, and hands-on experience with Yardi platforms.
