Qualifications

• 5+ years of management liability claims experience, including EPL, D&O and fiduciary coverages.
• Experience handling litigated files and directing defense counsel.
• Strong coverage analysis and ability to draft position letters.

Responsibilities

• Handle management liability claims from private and nonprofit clients within guidelines.
• Analyze, investigate, negotiate and resolve claims at all severity levels.
• Direct defense counsel, manage budgets and litigation strategy; attend mediations and trials.
• Verify coverage and prepare large loss reports for management.
• Maintain contact with stakeholders; ensure compliance with policies and customer service standards.
• Maintain licenses and travel as required; support partners on claim and underwriting issues.
