Job summary

Together Credit Union is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design, maintain, and improve infrastructure across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. This role applies advanced technical knowledge to resolve complex infrastructure needs, strengthen security and resiliency, and improve reliability.

The position partners with internal teams, MSPs, and vendors to evaluate solutions, advance technical practices, and align services with organizational and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in infrastructure design, administration, and integration.
• Experience supporting on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Strong knowledge of security, resiliency, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements security-focused infrastructure solutions.
• Acts as liaison with MSPs and vendors to review recommendations and ensure service levels.
• Leads incident triage and root cause analysis for major infrastructure events.
• Coordinates remediation of vulnerabilities with internal teams and providers.
• Oversees virtualization, cloud, compute, storage, and network infrastructure.
• Manages lifecycle of complex infrastructure across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid.
• Improves reliability with monitoring, capacity planning, and disaster recovery practices.
• Drives integration projects between cloud and on-premises platforms.
