Job summary

XMS Solutions is seeking a Microsoft Active Directory expert to support advanced identity management platforms in a large enterprise. The role emphasizes AD, Entra ID, and PowerShell scripting within secure, hybrid environments.

The candidate will communicate complex technical concepts to business leaders and collaborate across architecture, engineering, and operations teams to drive identity initiatives forward.

Qualifications

• Experience as SME in Active Directory environments, including hybrid Entra ID connectivity.
• Ability to troubleshoot Windows Server, DNS, networking fundamentals, and domain controllers.
• Proven communication skills to translate technical concepts for business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Learn and master new software platforms and frameworks.
• Tier 3 AD troubleshooting including replication, multi-forest, multi-domain issues.
• Analyze AD deployments to identify challenges and develop improvements.
• Design, deploy, and troubleshoot AD and domain controllers.
• Design, deploy, and troubleshoot Entra ID Connect in complex environments.
• Write, modify, and troubleshoot PowerShell scripts.
• Develop use cases, roadmaps, and align architecture across teams.
• Independently manage large-scale identity initiatives.
