Job summary

FINRA in Rockville, MD seeks a Senior Systems Administrator/Engineer – Identity and Infrastructure to design, automate, and secure enterprise identity across Azure, AWS, and on-premises environments. You will own Active Directory, Entra ID, Windows Server, and related services, driving reliability and modernization of the hybrid stack.

You will build automation with PowerShell, support Google Workspace and GCP identities, implement secure application integrations (SAML/OIDC), and lead incident

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline with at least five (5) years of related experience.
• Past senior level systems administrator experience in a production data center environment.
• Knowledge of industry leading monitoring and diagnostic tools.
• Knowledge of at least one operating system and at least one contemporary scripting language.
• Exposure to ITIL & ISO:9000 framework experience/certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, administer, and modernize enterprise identity and hybrid infrastructure services across Azure, AWS, and on-premises environments.
• Engineer and support Active Directory, Entra ID, Windows Server, domain controllers, DNS, identity federation, enterprise applications, app registrations, service principals, certificates, and access controls.
• Design and support secure application integrations using SAML and OIDC, and troubleshoot complex authentication issues.
• Support the migration, operation, and lifecycle management of identity and Windows infrastructure across cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Engineer, administer, secure, and support Google Workspace and Google Cloud Platform identities and services.
