Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company in Racine, Wisconsin seeks a Senior Directory Services & Cloud Identity Specialist to lead the architecture, security, and lifecycle governance of enterprise identity ecosystems and cloud infrastructure.

You will own hybrid AD and Entra ID, automate with PowerShell and DevOps practices, manage Azure subscriptions, and serve as Tier 3/4 escalation across Microsoft 365 services including Teams and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise Windows Server, AD, and Microsoft Cloud/Identity ecosystems.
• Deep expertise in AD DS, GPO, DNS/DHCP, Kerberos/NTLM, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting for large-scale enterprise administration.
• Extensive experience configuring SSO, SAML, OAuth, CA, PIM, and SCIM provisioning.
• Azure governance: Subscriptions, IAM/RBAC, Networking, and Log Analytics.
• Self-directed problem solver in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; mentor operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect and manage hybrid identity and access controls.
• Lead Azure subscription governance and cost optimization.
• Oversee SSO, SAML, OAuth integrations and Entra ID.
• Provide Tier 3/4 escalation for directory and M365 issues.
• Mentor junior admins and collaborate with security and engineering teams.
