This role sits at the intersection of data center infrastructure, high‑performance computing, and emerging quantum systems, and will be essential to turning experimental quantum hardware into a reliable, high‑impact research platform.

You will lead day‑to‑day technical ownership of a tightly coupled GPU supercomputing environment

Qualifications

• 12+ years of hands-on HPC/compute infra experience.
• Strong Linux, Slurm, and data center operations background.
• Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and hardware architectures.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid Quantum–HPC Platform Engineering: Build, deploy, and operate a hybrid platform with NVIDIA GPU clusters and physical quantum processors.
• HPC Systems & Operations: Ensure reliability, performance, and lifecycle management of the quantum environment.
• Vendor & Partner Collaboration: Interface with quantum hardware partners on system bring-up and integration.
• Application Enablement & Performance: Deploy, optimize, and benchmark hybrid workloads across simulation, calibration, and ML.
