Job summary

ADP, Inc. in New York is seeking a Senior Conference Project Manager to lead planning and execution of major scientific meetings, coordinating cross‑functional teams to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.

This hybrid role requires 2 days per week in our mid‑town office. Salary range is $100,000–$110,000 annually with comprehensive benefits. PMP preferred; 5–8 years of PM experience with large conferences is expected.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in a dedicated Project Management role, with a proven track record of managing conference portfolios with multiple stakeholders and moving parts.
• Experience managing large scale conferences or complex events with multiple stakeholders.
• PMP Certification is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of project management processes including planning, scope, budget, risk, monitoring and reporting.
• Experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, OneDrive/Sharepoint, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, and Google Drive.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall conference planning from initial concept through operational readiness.
• Develop and manage master project timelines, identify dependencies, and ensure all milestones and deliverables remain aligned.
• Facilitate regular cross‑team planning meetings; document decisions and action items, distribute updates, and maintain centralized project documentation.
