Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to design, implement, secure, and support enterprise IT across a multi-site manufacturing environment. The role combines hands-on technical work with ownership of global infrastructure modernization and enterprise delivery initiatives in hybrid and cloud environments.

You will lead Tier 3 incident resolution, monitor health, and drive end-to-end migrations and upgrades while collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years delivering enterprise IT solutions end-to-end.
• 7+ years diagnosing and resolving complex IT issues.
• 5+ years hands-on experience managing Microsoft Azure environments.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 enterprise endpoints.
• Experience with Windows Server up to 2022.
• Strong Microsoft 365 experience including Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Defender, Exchange.
• Hybrid, multi-cloud architectures experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own and resolve Tier 3 incidents involving hardware, software, identity, endpoints, and infrastructure.
• Monitor system health, diagnose root causes, and implement permanent fixes.
• Serve as the final resolution point for complex, high-impact technical issues.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise initiatives, including migrations and upgrades.
• Design, configure, upgrade, manage, and solve systems across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
• Partner with teams to gather requirements, design solutions, implement changes, and document outcomes.
• Establish and enhance standard processes for design, testing, implementation, security, and operations.
