Qualifications

• 7+ years designing, building, supporting, and troubleshooting enterprise infrastructure.
• 5+ years leading infrastructure teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant IT experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Infrastructure team, fostering a positive, accountable, and service-oriented culture.
• Oversee all infrastructure operations, processes, and service delivery; manage SLAs and incident response.
• Own infrastructure design and architecture across the enterprise; align with security and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with business leaders, IT peers, and vendors to design scalable solutions and drive improvements.
• Define and communicate infrastructure metrics; drive data-driven continuous improvement.
