Job summary

Qualifications

• Lead infrastructure engineer with end-to-end incident ownership.
• Hands-on expertise in at least one of Azure, AWS or VMware and working competence in another.
• Current certifications in Azure, AWS or VMware are required.

Responsibilities

• Take escalations from tier-1 and tier-2 teams and close them end-to-end.
• Produce documented root causes and runbooks to prevent recurrence.
• Lead infrastructure workstreams in client projects and participate in senior rotations.
