Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with workflow tools (e.g., Adobe Workfront, Teams, SharePoint).
• CRM or digital marketing platform experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multi-channel marketing programs and campaigns across email, CRM, digital, web, and emerging channels.
• Maintain timelines, trackers, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
• Coordinate campaign launches, production schedules, and program calendars; ensure adherence to workflows.
