Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking an HVAC Technician 3 to troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize HVAC equipment across mission-critical environments. The role requires hands-on maintenance of chillers, VAVs, and BAS interfaces, with capacity to work under deadlines and with limited supervision.

Qualifications include 6+ years of HVAC experience, Chillers/Boilers/VAVs knowledge, and U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain TS/SCI. Journeyman license is required, Master license preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial HVAC experience with a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience working with complex HVAC systems including chillers, boilers, VAVs, and related controls.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain TS/SCI for access to classified information.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on HVAC systems and equipment including chillers, IFUs, VAVs, and related controls.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and adjust mechanical equipment; perform preventive maintenance.
• Record and report faults and incidents; respond to emergencies to protect occupants and property.
• Operate and maintain critical systems in Data Centers or mission-critical environments.
• Collect and generate internal and vendor field service reports for preventive maintenance and repairs.
