Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking an HVAC Technician to maintain and troubleshoot critical building systems across our mission-critical facilities. You will work with chillers, boilers, VAVs, and building automation, ensuring reliability and efficient operation.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED with 4+ years in HVAC, U.S. citizenship, and clearance eligibility. Top-Secret SCI with Poly is highly preferred or ability to obtain. This is a US-based role with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience working with complex HVAC systems (chillers, boilers, VAVs).
• US Citizenship and eligibility for access to classified information; Top-Secret SCI with Poly preferred or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain HVAC equipment including chiller, boiler, VAV and controls.
• Monitor building automation systems and respond to faults and alarms.
• Record faults and performance data; provide safe, practical solutions.
• Mentor less experienced HVAC technicians and support safety protocols.
• Perform preventive maintenance and operate life-safety and critical systems.
