Job summary

Service Experts Heating & AC-WV LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC technician in Fairfax, VA to diagnose and service residential and light commercial systems under minimal supervision. You will communicate with customers, resolve issues, and promote products to support superior service levels.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 4+ years of HVAC experience, EPA and safety certifications, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with additional training and 4+ years’ experience in HVAC with technical training certification required.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Must possess all valid licensing or certification as required by laws for the work area.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic and service calls on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment under minimal supervision.
• Diagnoses and resolves customer problems in a courteous and timely manner.
• Inspects and maintains HVAC equipment, conducts diagnostics to prevent breakdowns, and ensures customer satisfaction.
