Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Wichita, KS is seeking an experienced Sr. HVAC Technician to support the Koch Inc world headquarters campus. You will operate, maintain, and repair critical HVAC systems, including chillers and boilers, while ensuring energy efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in HVAC systems and building engineering.
EPA Universal 608 certification and valid driver’s license.
Strong technical background in machinery operation, plumbing, electrical systems, and equipment repair and maintenance.
Ability to read mechanical blueprints, electrical schematics, equipment specifications, and O&M manuals.
Experience with building and system controls, plus basic PC skills and interoffice applications.

Responsibilities

Operate, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment (chillers, boilers, cooling towers, AHUs, heat exchangers, pumps, valves, VAVs) for performance and energy efficiency.
Troubleshoot issues, perform repairs, and document actions in the CMMS.
Perform predictive, preventive, planned, and reactive maintenance and conduct equipment rounds.
Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across all operations.
Interpret blueprints and specifications to adjust equipment and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with maintenance teams, engineers, vendors, and customers to maintain clean, safe work areas.
