Job summary

Advanced Home Services in Idaho is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to join our install team. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems for homes and businesses, prioritizing safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• HVAC technicians diagnose, repair and maintain residential and commercial systems.
• Perform system tune-ups, cleanings, and preventive maintenance.
• Identify repairs and provide accurate estimates to customers.
• Follow OSHA, EPA, and company safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems
• Perform system tune-ups, cleanings, and preventive maintenance
• Test and inspect HVAC equipment for proper functioning and safety compliance
• Communicate with customers about diagnoses, repair options, and pricing
• Document service tickets and work orders for each call
• Travel to residential and commercial customer sites and maintain vehicle/tools
