Job summary

Intermountain Home Services is hiring an HVAC Lead Installer to oversee residential and light commercial installation projects. You will lead crews, coordinate timelines, ensure code compliance, and champion safe, high-quality work.

You will mentor apprentices, manage jobsite logistics, and uphold our standards of excellence, integrity, and collaboration. EPA and RMGA certifications, valid driver’s license, and a track record of leadership are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HVAC installation experience
• Prior leadership or crew lead experience preferred
• EPA Certification required
• RMGA Certification required
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug test

Responsibilities

• Lead installation of residential HVAC systems including ductwork, furnaces, condensers, and thermostats
• Supervise and mentor apprentices and install team members
• Coordinate jobsite logistics, timelines, and material needs
• Communicate with customers and ensure satisfaction upon job completion
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
• Ensure all work meets code and company quality standards
