Qualifications

• HVAC technicians diagnose, repair and maintain residential and commercial systems.
• Perform system tune-ups, cleanings, and preventive maintenance.
• Identify repairs and provide accurate estimates to customers.
• Follow OSHA, EPA, and company safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems
• Perform system tune-ups, cleanings, and preventive maintenance
• Test and inspect HVAC equipment for proper functioning and safety compliance
• Communicate with customers about diagnoses, repair options, and pricing
• Document service tickets and work orders for each call
• Travel to residential and commercial customer sites and maintain vehicle/tools
