Advanced Home Services is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to join our install team. The role involves diagnosing, installing, and servicing residential and commercial HVAC systems, ensuring safety and quality on every call.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of HVAC experience, EPA 608 certification, and a valid driver’s license. We offer a supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and regular travel to job sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC service, maintenance, or repair experience.
• EPA Section 608 certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform tune-ups, cleaning, and preventive maintenance.
• Test equipment for proper functioning and safety compliance.
• Explain repairs and provide accurate recommendations and estimates to customers.
• Complete installations of replacement parts and equipment as needed.
• Communicate clearly with customers about diagnoses and pricing.
• Document service tickets and job details for each call.
• Follow OSHA, EPA, and company safety guidelines.
