Qualifications

• 5+ years of verifiable HVAC industry experience.
• Strong skills in refrigerant systems: piping installation, evacuation, charging.
• Understanding of control systems: wiring, thermostats, devices.
• EPA Universal license required for refrigerant handling.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and identify repair or replacement needs accurately.
• Install, repair, maintain, and upgrade HVAC systems and equipment.
• Commission HVAC equipment such as fans, pumps, and AHUs.
• Use instruments to measure static pressure, voltage, amperage, and CFM.
• Perform routine maintenance: filters, belts, compressors, motors.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and office staff.
• Complete and submit all paperwork daily.
• Adhere to safety rules and regulations and maintain on-call rotation.
