Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in residential HVAC service.
• EPA Certification preferred; NATE Certification desired.
• Knowledge of local HVAC codes.
• Clean, safe driving record.
• Strong verbal/written communication.
• Team-oriented with a win‑as‑a‑team attitude and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose and fix ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Preventative Maintenance: Clean air handling systems, calibrate controls, and replace motors, fans, belts, and filters.
• Consultative Service: Diagnose problems, explain options to customers in plain language, and provide accurate cost estimates.
• Sales & Education: Aid customers in choosing maintenance plans and explain replacement options for aging or inefficient systems.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain an organized, well‑inventoried truck and provide timely invoices and timecards.
