Job summary

Auburn Heating, Cooling, Electric & Plumbing is seeking an HVAC Install Lead to join our Cleveland area team. You will install and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems, build strong customer relationships, and manage project workloads on-site.

You must have 2–3+ years of experience, a Journeyman/Master license preferred, valid driver’s license, and ability to pass a drug screen. We offer a competitive $40–$50 hourly pay, overtime, and a generous sign-on bonus up to $10,000.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of residential or light commercial HVAC service/install experience.
• Journeyman or Master Mechanical license preferred.
• Knowledge of sheet metal practices, air balancing, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong verbal and written skills to interact with internal teams and homeowners.
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Installs air conditioning, heating, control systems, IAQ, and humidity and temperature control systems.
• Provides startups and troubleshooting for a variety of residential HVAC systems.
• Build strong customer relationships by providing knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations.
• Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
• Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, and option sheets.
• Participate actively in all training exercises, continued education, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats.
