Job summary

Hiller is seeking a skilled HVAC technician to perform thorough inspections and high-quality repairs in residential settings. You will coordinate parts and scheduling, ensuring readiness for each service day and maintaining safety and code compliance.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in HVAC, EPA/NATE certifications, and a strong ability to diagnose refrigerant, electrical, and duct issues while providing excellent customer service and mentoring junior technicians.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of verifiable HVAC field experience.
• Knowledge of residential HVAC systems and codes.
• Ability to troubleshoot refrigerant, electrical, and duct issues.
• EPA Certification and a valid driver's license are required; NATE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough and accurate HVAC inspections.
• Repair and replace HVAC components to code.
• Order parts and coordinate with dispatch for service days.
• Communicate with customers regarding questions, concerns and problems.
• Train, coach and mentor apprentices to uphold service standards.
• Maintain courteous conduct with customers and colleagues at all times.
