Job summary
Summit HVAC & Construction is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Service Technician to join our team. You will independently diagnose, repair, and service residential and light commercial HVAC systems, and you will be trusted as a senior technician in the field, communicating with customers and representing the company professionally without routine supervision.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of verifiable HVAC field service experience (not counting school).
- EPA certification required.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
- Strong diagnostic ability for residential systems and light commercial equipment.
Responsibilities
- Independently diagnose residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Perform repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Identify root causes and explain findings to customers.
- Complete invoices and document communications with customers.
- Maintain a clean vehicle, tools, and professional appearance.
- Assist less-experienced technicians as needed.
