Job summary

ESFM, a division of Compass Group USA, seeks an HVAC Technician in Greencastle, PA. The role involves hands-on operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems in a mission-critical environment. Strong mechanical experience with pumps, hydronic systems, and HVAC controls is expected.

Full-time, 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. At least 4–5 years of HVAC experience and EPA 608 certification are required to ensure reliable, safe operation and compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 4–5 years of HVAC experience.
• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification required.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Hands-on experience with HVAC equipment including pumps and hydronic systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair HVAC and critical mechanical systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and inspections.
• Monitor temperatures, pressures, and equipment performance.
• Diagnose issues using operating data and technical docs.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on repairs and projects.
