Ideal candidates have HVAC certification, maintenance experience, ability to read blueprints, and the stamina to lift 50 pounds. Documentation in CMMS and collaboration on projects are required to ensure safe, reliable operations.

Qualifikationen

• Maintenance technician experience in engineering or maintenance.
• HVAC certification or license required.
• Experience with blueprints and schematics.
• Understanding of electro-mechanical equipment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform strenuous labor.

• Perform maintenance on HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems and related equipment.
• Update work statuses and document tasks in the CMMS.
• Assist in coordinating staff, materials and timelines for jobs.
• Respond to emergencies and perform repairs as needed.
• Maintain clean and safe work spaces and logs.
