Job summary

TDIndustries, Inc. is seeking a seasoned HVAC professional in Dallas, TX to perform inspections, testing, repairs, and planned maintenance on advanced commercial and chiller systems.

The role offers a company vehicle, cell phone, full-time benefits, ESOP, 401K, on-call bonuses, holidays, PTO, and ongoing manufacturer training. You will diagnose and optimize performance across split systems, RTUs, chillers, and airside equipment, read complex schematics, and work independently within service

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HVAC commercial experience.
• Advanced knowledge of service processes, techniques and codes.
• Able to read complex schematics and prints.
• Self-managed with professional demeanor and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, repair, and perform planned maintenance on advanced HVAC commercial & chiller systems.
• Disassemble/reassemble equipment for troubleshooting and maintenance per service agreements.
• Fulfill service contracts, quoted projects, and calls while ensuring profitability.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers and explain work performed to satisfaction.
• Participate in on-call standby rotation as required by policies.
• Drive company vehicle and trailer per policy and maintain safety requirements.
• Purchase materials and issue PO numbers; manage stock on service vehicle.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and inventory for service vehicles.
