TDIndustries in Texas is seeking an experienced HVAC service professional to perform inspections, testing, repairs, and planned maintenance of advanced commercial and chiller systems. You will diagnose and optimize systems while building long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HVAC Commercial experience.
• Advanced knowledge of service processes, techniques and codes.
• Skilled reading of complex schematics and prints.
• Self-managed with professional demeanor and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and optimize performance of HVAC systems including split, rooftop units, and chillers.
• Disassemble and reassemble units to perform troubleshooting and maintenance per service agreement.
• Manage service contracts, quotes, and calls to ensure profitability.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and explain work performed.
• Participate in technician on-call standby rotation.
• Safely operate a vehicle and comply with safety policies.
• Procure materials and issue purchase orders; manage inventory on the service vehicle.
• Maintain tools and inventory on the service vehicle.
