Qualifications

• High School Education/GED or equivalent is preferred.
• Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Five years of industrial/commercial maintenance experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans and performs HVAC and digital building controls repairs and services.
• Plans routine general building maintenance repairs and services; assists in major renovations and alterations.
• Inspects and performs preventative maintenance; reports equipment problems to supervisor.
• Maintains maintenance records and assists in training junior employees.
• Maintains tools and supplies necessary to perform duties.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
