Adventist Health Portland is seeking a facility maintenance professional to assist in keeping the medical campus and its equipment in reliable operation. The role covers general and preventative maintenance, equipment inspections, and routine repairs across the site in East Portland.

The position requires completion of high school or GED, plus relevant maintenance experience and state licensure. A valid driver's license is required, with the assignment at our Portland campus.

Qualificações

• High School Education/GED or equivalent preferred.
• Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience preferred.
• Two years' industrial/commercial maintenance experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plans and performs a wide variety of moderately difficult general equipment repairs and services.
• Plans and performs a wide variety of routine general building maintenance repairs and services.
• Inspects and performs preventative maintenance and safety tests as required; reports problems to supervisor.
• Maintains a record of service cycles and other maintenance activities.
• Maintains tools and supplies necessary to perform duties.
• Performs other job‑related duties as assigned.

State-certified licensure

Valid Driver’s License
