Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Senior HVAC Technician at Troy University to lead hands-on maintenance and support the HVAC leadership team. You will manage preventive maintenance, ensure safety, and troubleshoot a range of commercial HVAC systems. Strong knowledge of BAS/BMS and a willingness to train others are valued.

The role requires five+ years of related experience and an EPA CFC Universal Certificate. Flexible shifts, full-time employment, and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in HVAC, with hands-on repair and maintenance experience.
• Must hold EPA CFC Universal license/certification for the city/state.
• Experience with commercial HVAC systems and BAS/BMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems per schedules.
• Monitor systems and ensure preventive maintenance compliance.
• Respond to issues, troubleshoot, and resolve hot/cold calls.
• Inspect valves, motors, controls, wiring, pumps and related components.
• Potentially train new technicians on commercial HVAC, BMS/BAS.
