Trane Technologies is seeking a seasoned HVAC service technician to act as the primary on-site contact for commercial customers in New Hampshire. You will commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up systems, perform tests, and coordinate with project teams on installations and repairs.
You must have 10+ years of HVAC experience, EPA certification preferred, and be able to work overtime including occasional overnight stays. Mentoring and safety compliance are key aspects of the role.
• Serve as the primary service and maintenance contact for Trane Technologies customers in a defined commercial market
• Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems in commercial environments
• Perform end-to-end testing, download programming, start up, commission, and service assigned projects
• Serve as direct customer contact and diagnose and repair equipment and systems at customer locations
• Coordinate with team leaders, project managers, and customers on on-site installations and repairs
• Forecast issues, gather materials, and synchronize on-site work
• Use software, technology, hand tools, blueprints, and engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units
• Enforce safety standards and maintain security and accountability of company-issued and procured assets
• Mentor team members
• Maintain flexibility for overtime and occasional overnight stays
Demonstrates extensive experience in HVAC systems, including commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair in commercial environments. Proficient in using technology and tools for diagnostics and repairs while ensuring safety standards and mentoring team members.
