Job summary

Aire Serv South Austin is looking for an experienced Senior HVAC Technician to join our growing team in Austin, TX. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing residential and commercial HVAC systems while delivering top-quality service and leading by example.

Requirements include 5+ years of hands-on HVAC experience, EPA 608 certification, and a valid Texas driver's license. You will diagnose complex issues, review blueprints, and ensure safety and code compliance on every job.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
• EPA 608 Certification required.
• Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record.
• NATE certification or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair residential and/or commercial HVAC systems including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC system failures and mechanical issues
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and service agreements
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior HVAC technicians in the field
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding system issues, repairs, and recommendations

• Install, maintain, and repair residential and/or commercial HVAC systems including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC system failures and mechanical issues
