The role emphasizes leadership, hands-on diagnostics, and coordinating resources while maintaining high standards of service and teamwork in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of Commercial HVAC Technician experience
• Strong boiler service and installation expertise
• Working knowledge of boilers and burner controls
• Experience with RTUs, split systems, furnaces, and refrigeration equipment
• Proven leadership ability and desire to train others

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, repair, and commission HVAC systems ( boilers, RTUs, split systems, furnaces, refrigeration)
• Perform diagnostics using blueprints and manufacturer specs
• Lead, mentor, and train apprentices and technicians
• Complete assigned daily tasks and responsibilities
• Identify training needs and support skill development
• Support safety talks and uphold safety standards
• Provide input for performance evaluations
• Coordinate materials and resources for service installations
• Document work through reports and paperwork
• Maintain knowledge of products and best practices
• Provide technical guidance to customers and team
• Participate in on‑call rotation and overtime as needed
• Follow company policies and handbook guidelines
