Job summary

Heating and Cooling Supply LLC, a Gemaire division, is seeking an experienced HVAC technical support professional to join our team in California. You will provide remote and on-site technical assistance, helping contractors with installation, operation, and service procedures for their HVAC equipment lines distributed by Gemaire.

Ideal candidates have at least five years in the HVAC industry, excellent communication, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

HVAC experience with minimum 5 years in the field.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Willing to travel overnight.
Valid driver’s license with clean record for past 3 years.

Responsibilities

Provide remote technical support via a queue-based Salesforce CRM system (phone, chat, email).
Provide on-site technical support for installation and service issues.
Encourage and educate customers on correct installation methods and best practices.
Assist in teaching technical training classes as directed by management.
Support the sales group objectives with local/regional representatives and industry events.
Act as liaison between customers and equipment manufacturers for warranty and program issues.
Maintain detailed activity/expense reports and prepare reports on equipment issues.
Perform other duties as assigned to meet team goals.
