Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a seasoned HVAC service technician to act as the primary on-site contact for commercial customers in New Hampshire. You will commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up systems, perform tests, and coordinate with project teams on installations and repairs.

You must have 10+ years of HVAC experience, EPA certification preferred, and be able to work overtime including occasional overnight stays. Mentoring and safety compliance are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and technical training preferred.
• EPA Certification preferred (HVAC Journeyman, Boiler Operator, Gas Installer).
• Overtime availability and ability to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary service and maintenance contact for customers on-site.
• Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems in commercial environments.
• Perform end-to-end testing and programming downloads; coordinate on-site installations and repairs.
• Mentor team members and enforce safety standards during work.
• Maintain flexibility for overtime and overnight stays.
