Job summary

Modigent seeks a General Superintendent - HVAC to provide senior leadership for installation teams on commercial projects nationwide. You will manage superintendents, foremen, and technicians, drive safety, quality, and profitability, and align labor forecasts with project goals.

Reporting to VP of Installation, you’ll champion performance, develop teams, and ensure code‑compliant mechanical systems across our operating companies, shaping trade excellence with a people‑first culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial HVAC/mechanical installation.
• 5+ years in supervisory roles managing trade teams.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred in related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee labor planning and resource allocation to meet schedule, budget, and quality goals.
• Direct all trade activities including safety, quality, scheduling and materials control.
• Develop labor reports, forecasting, and performance metrics for leadership.
• Ensure compliance with documents, budgets, procedures, safety, quality, and company policies.
