Job summary

Capstone Mechanical, LP. is seeking a Special Projects Mechanic (Service & Install) in Waco, TX to support the Small Projects Lead-Man on assigned jobs.

The role requires manual installation work, travel, and adherence to safety standards, with a focus on HVAC systems and ductWork. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in commercial installation, possess a Texas TDLR and EPA card, and be able to read complex blueprints.

Qualifications

• Possess a current TDLR and EPA card with the State of Texas.
• Hold a Texas driver’s license and ability to drive all company vehicles.
• Able to read and interpret federal/state/local regulations and company policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist Small Project Lead-Man in completing assigned small jobs.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.
• Travel regularly, with some overnight stays.
• Work in varied weather and at heights as required.
• Follow safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Address punch list and warranty items promptly.
