Job summary

Capstone Mechanical in Texas is seeking a hands-on HVAC installer with 5+ years of commercial experience. You will assist the Small Projects Lead-Man, read blueprints, and install ductwork and condensate lines while maintaining safety and vehicle readiness.

Expect travel, some overnight stays, and flexible hours. The role requires adherence to EPA and TX TDLR standards, with a focus on quality workmanship and project completion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial/light commercial HVAC installation.
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and submittals.
• Experience troubleshooting HVAC systems.
• Must have TX TDLR/EP A cards and a TX driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist Small Project Lead-Man in completing small jobs.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.
• Be flexible to work outside normal hours and weekends.
• Regular travel with some overnight stays.
• Work in varied weather conditions and at heights.
• Maintain safety and follow procedures.
• Verify punch lists and warranty items are completed promptly.
