Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of HVAC installation experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist with and oversee installation of commercial/industrial HVAC equipment.
• Serve as lead for special projects training and development.
• Work in various weather conditions and at heights.

Skills

Understanding of Air-to-air DX systems

Understanding of VRF multizone systems

Understanding of Hydronic systems

Sheet metal design knowledge

Understanding of refrigeration piping systems

Light Commercial low voltage control systems knowledge

Communication skills

Mechanical aptitude

Education

High school or trade school graduate

Universal Refrigerant certificate

OSHA 10-Hour Certification

Journeyman license preferred
