Job summary

Catalyst Construction LLC is seeking an HVAC Technician in Houston with frequent travel across Texas. The role requires planning, budgeting, and coordinating HVAC projects with internal teams and subcontractors to deliver quality work.

Responsibilities include compliance with OSHA/EPA regulations, safety protocols, and client relationship management to foster long-term partnerships. Must hold a Class A HVAC license and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Class A HVAC License through TDLR.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems, appliances, plumbing, carpentry, plastering, pool systems, drywall repair, painting, and HVAC.
• Ability to operate small hand tools and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and schedule HVAC projects to meet client needs and requirements.
• Manage project budgets, including cost, reporting, and tracking.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors to ensure project execution.
• Monitor project progress and identify any potential issues and find effective solutions.
• Keep MSDS sheets current and maintain knowledge of EPA and OSHA regulations governing hazardous materials.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety policies and procedures.
• Oversee all aspects of HVAC projects, including design, installation, and maintenance.
• Conduct regular meetings to provide updates and address issues with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project workflow.
• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in HVAC.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients for long-term partnerships.
