Plumbline Services, LLC is seeking a results-driven Sales Professional to drive new business and provide solutions that meet customer needs. You will perform presentations, educate customers on value, and represent the company with integrity.

The position offers a generous compensation range of $125,000 to $300,000, with employer-sponsored health plan, PTO, 401(k) matching, life and disability coverage, and ongoing training in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of high-end sales experience.
• In-Home Industry experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent listening skills and ability to deliver an extraordinary customer experience.
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Integrity and ability to promote a positive company image.
• Results-driven in a high-energy environment.
• Ability to crawl in tight spaces and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Drive new sales for the company in a professional manner consistent with the company’s integrity and customer-care standards.
• Perform sales presentations, as outlined in company selling process.
• Educate potential customers on value, inform customers of promotions and benefits of high-efficiency equipment.
• Document service performed and recommendations by completing forms, reports, logs and records.
• Attend appointments with customers as scheduled.
• Represent the company in a professional manner consistent with integrity and customer-care standards.
